AGE REQUIREMENT: The minimum age requirement to book our property is 25 and older.
REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: Guests should indicate the number of guests at the time of booking, and the maximum number of people allowed at the home is 8 unless approved by the host. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed.
NO 3RD PARTY BOOKING: Booking guest MUST stay on property all nights of the reservation.
NOISE: Guests should not play loud music or have live music between the hours of 10pm and 7am to comply with the noise ordinance by The Colony Police Department Noise Ordinance Section 6-192. Please do not gather in the front of the house after 10pm due to the noise ordinance.
CAMERAS: Please DO NOT TOUCH THE CAMERAS! They are there for your safety and ours. If the cameras are turned off or adjusted, the police department will be notified.
FURNITURE: Guests should not move any of the furniture or decor.
PETS: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS on the property.
SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, including vaping. If you smoke, please do so outside and use an ashtray. Cigarette butts should not be thrown on the ground.
